Walking The Path

The Buddha teaches us

to investigate all that can be experienced by this body and mind
so we can develop wisdom and appreciate real and abiding happiness.

To do this we need to simplify so as not to be overwhelmed with the complexity of life.

That's why the Buddha taught meditation.

To meditate is to stop and make space.

No agenda.

Allowing for stillness and silence.

Look at what we can know here and now.

Listen deeply.

Be present.

"The entire Universe is to be found within the framework of this mind and body"
